1. Non-league members may play; the ATA will assign them a starting skill level. Rule number 3 is for non-league members. Adjustments for skill levels will occur after each 5 tournaments for both league and non-league members.

2. We reserve the right to refuse a player that we feel is a professional pool player.

3. If a player does not have a handicap, he will be given a handicap. The ATA will adjust the handicap after each tournament.

4. Sign-up is cut off at 64 Players

5. The ATA may disqualify any player who misrepresents his skill level.
